Chairs

Amra Causevic

Amra Causevic is Head of International Relations and Convention Management at the Austrian Workers’ Compensation Board (AUVA). She is responsible for international activities and contacts, especially with regards to accident insurance and is contact with social security organisations world-wide. Above else, she is responsible for the organisation of various conferences in the field of social security, prevention, trauma care and rehabilitation.

Christine Kieffer

Christine Kieffer is a senior researcher at EUROGIP since 2002. She graduated with a Master’s degree on Social law & Employment studies. She carries out studies and surveys more specifically related to the reporting requirements, recognition and compensation of occupational diseases in Europe: MSD’s, asbestos-related diseases, mental disorders, occupational cancers, reporting of occupational diseases… She is a member of the EUROSTAT EODS working group as qualified expert. She has an extensive experience of conducting cross-country comparative studies and research activities, performing data collection and analysis.

Magdalena Wachnicka-Witzke

Magdalena Wachnicka-Witzke is a Vice President of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (KRUS) in Poland, and serves as Secretary General of the International Section of the ISSA on Prevention in Agriculture. She is currently responsible for, inter alia, the areas of communications, international relations and IT. She has got over 15 years of experience in banking, with demonstrated expertise in agricultural financing. She holds a MBA and Master’s Degree in Economics and graduated from Warsaw School of Economics, Warsaw Agricultural University as well as Warsaw University, Faculty of Economic Sciences.

Dr. Gregor Kemper
Director of International Relations Division
German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV)

After having studied law at the universities of Bonn (Germany), Lausanne and Geneva (Switzerland) Dr. Gregor Kemper wrote his doctoral thesis in Public International Law. He accepted various legal assignments in post conflict countries followed by practising as a lawyer in Germany. Since 2002 Dr. Gregor Kemper held several managerial positions in the area of global mobility before being seconded by the German Government to the European Union’s External Action Service for state capacity building related projects. In 2011 Dr. Gregor Kemper joined the DGUV as Head of International Relations. He serves as Secretary of the ISSA Technical Commission on Insurance against Employment Accidents and Occupational Diseases and is Member of the Board of the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions.
